Bolivia Deeply Divided on Eve of Recall Vote

While Bolivia’s recall vote on Aug. 10 will probably result in a victory for incumbent President Evo Morales, it is unlikely to solve the deep-seated political tensions pushing the country toward a national crisis, writes activist Medea Benjamin.
