French Complicit in Rwandan Genocide, Says Report

France gave diplomatic and material support to the Hutu forces responsible for the 1994 Rwandan genocide and French soldiers participated in the killings and forced displacement of Tutsis, states a report released by the Rwandan government Tuesday.
